Hi All!
In this case the delivery is made to the neighbors, only if they agree to take the delivery on receiver's behalf. But we would like to mention in case of locked premises or wrong address, we would not be responsible for any kind of re-delivery of the order.
What happens if the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address?
If you have any suggestions. You can share with me.

The postman hasn’t right to give the delivery to someone else, and he should take back it to the post office. After checking everything they will resend them to dispatcher.

Postman never gives deliver for someone else. But once one of my posts has delivered to neighbor and they gave it for me. It depends on postman and some others take it back to the post office and resending it to the correct person again.

Well, I will not totally agree with above opinions, because human do errors so there could be a miss delivery. As a result no one can make sure about this matter.
